Gift Card Features:
In the event of a return of a purchase made with MoneyPay Digital Shopping Codes, no cash refund will be made; instead, a new shopping right for the same amount will be given.
No cash refunds are provided for purchased MoneyPay Digital Shopping Codes, and they cannot be converted to cash.
They can be used at physical sales stores operated by Migros Ticaret A.Ş. ("Migros"), excluding Cash & Carry and Migros Wholesale, under the names M, MM, MMM, 5M, Mjet, Macrocenter, Mion, as well as on the online trading site www.migrosonline.com.tr, the Migros mobile app, and online sales stores such as Migros Virtual Market, Migros Hemen, Macroonline, and Tazedirekt, except for gold, credit, and bulk product purchases.
Multiple MoneyPay Digital Shopping Codes can be used in a single purchase in physical sales stores.
A maximum of 1 code per purchase and up to 10 codes per day, in separate purchases, can be used on Macroonline, Migros Hemen, Tazedirekt, and Virtual Market. MoneyPay Digital Shopping Codes are bearer codes. MoneyPay Payment and Electronic Money Services A.Ş. is not responsible in the event of theft/loss of the codes.
MoneyPay Digital Shopping Codes cannot be partially used.Refunds are not made, except in cases required by law; they cannot be reloaded, converted to cash, or sold for value.
Gift card codes are non-refundable under any circumstances. Expired and unusable vouchers cannot be reactivated, and new gift cards cannot be requested for the unused amount.
In case of loss, theft, destruction, misuse, or unauthorized use of the gift card by third parties, all responsibility lies with the user.
